Location
Swallow Hole is located in Runaway Bay, St. Ann. It is less than 30 minutes from Ocho Rios.
Tryall Beach features white sand and is lined with West Indian almond, coconut, palm, and coastal grasses. The beach is about 20 meters long and 6 meters wide. Seagrass grows near the water, and there are coral reefs a bit further out. The Thatch Walk Gully system flows into the beach on the east side.
Beachgoers can enjoy swimming, beach football and small picnics. Various attractions are nearby, including Green Grotto Cave and Puerto Seco Beach.
